**Every Training Night is a MANDATORY attendance night**
If a cadet cannot attend a Parade Night for a valid reason, the cadet MUST do one of the following:

*Cadets are notified whether additional training nights and activities are mandatory or not. However, if a cadet does sign up for an activity, they are expected to attend, if they cannot make it they are to excuse themselves, using either approved method listed above.

A CADET IS OFFICIALLY EXCUSED ONLY IF THEY INFORM THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER BY USING ONE OF THE APPROVED METHODS LISTED ABOVE
IF A CADET DOES NOT SUBMIT AN ATTENDANCE NOTIFICATION FORM OR CALL THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, THEY WILL NOT BE EXCUSED AND THE CADET WILL MOST LIKELY LOSE OUT ON OPPORTUNITIES SUCH AS TRIPS, PROMOTIONS, SUMMER CAMP, ETC.
