CADET RECORDS
It is very important that all Cadet records stay up to date.
In order to do this, the administration office needs your help!
All Cadets are responsible to inform the administration office of any changes of information (ex. address, emergency contact information, phone numbers, health card numbers, etc.).
When changes occur it is important to bring in a sheet of paper, with the new information on it, on the upcoming training night. Cadets must hand in this information to any of the Administration Staff directly. Cadets may also send a message to the Administration Officer with any information changes.
In the case of a health card expiring, the cadet must bring in a photocopy of the new health card with them on the upcoming parade night. Or, they may see the administration office during a non-training period (ex. before parade or during break) to get a photocopy of their health card made.
