704 RCACS 59TH ANNUAL CEREMONIAL REVIEW

Saturday 1st June 2019 

Will take place at RCAF Flyer's Arena. All available band members are to show up at 09:30hrs in their civilian clothing with their full uniform on a hanger (tunics, shirt, slip-ons, pants, boots, belt, tie, medals). Lunch will be provided.

If members are unable to attend morning practice they will need to be in full uniform by 1300hrs.

704 "Air Force City" Squadron has been so kind to make a donation to 608 "Duke of Edinburgh" Squadron for our musical support on this event.

WHITE WEB BELT RETURN

All Warrant Officers, Band Members, Flag Party Members are to return their white CAF Ceremonial Web Belt ASAP.

These items are on loan to our squadron directly from the Canadian Armed Forces and will not be needed in to foreseeable future. 

FINAL SPORTS NIGHT: BELLEVILLE BREAKOUT ESCAPE ROOM

Wednesday 29th May 2019

Cadets are to meet at the Armouries for 5:30pm in appropriate civilian clothing. The first cadets to arrive will be loaded into the first shift on a first-come-first-serve basis. Cadets will then be walking to Belleville Breakout Escape Room.

First group shift will run from 6:00pm-7:00pm. They need 30 minutes to flip and set-up the rooms for the next group which could run from 7:30pm-8:30pm. Pick-up will be at the Armouries as well.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT THAT CADETS FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING WAIVER (MINOR) IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. HARD COPIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE ARMOURIES FOR PARTICIPATION. THEY REQUIRE A PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE.

Due to projected guest counts and current seating inventory, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs.

A special seating area will be reserved in the front row for those who choose to do so.

SATURDAY MORNING ACR PRACTICE & SET-UP

Saturday 25th May 2019

Cadets are to arrive in appropriate civilian clothing with their uniform at 0930hrs to set-up chairs and run a final practice before our Annual Ceremonial Review. Cadets are to bring their own lunch or money for Dairy Queen. The Drill Team will be practicing their routine right before lunch.
