Friday 30th November 2018
6:00pm-8:00pm. There will not be a band practice this evening. Friday 30th November 2018 The Squadron Sponsoring Committee has arranged for the band to perform at the Belleville Military Family Resource Centre, YMCA Day Care, and the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre, with lunch at the Bayview Mall (McDonald's/ Subway). The plan was to also perform at some retirement homes, but they are booked up. The day is a PA day for for the cadets and is an excellent opportunity for community service hours. Cadets not in the band will also be needed as carolers/sleigh bell players. Cadets are to be at the Armouries for 9:00am with return time of approx 3:00pm. Dress will be C1 (tunic with medals) and parka.  Wednesday 28th November 2018

WE NEED TIME TO ORGANIZE THE ORDERS AND HAVE THEM READY FOR YOU TO PICK UP REMINDER: WE STILL HAVE 7 BOOKS OF AIR CADET LEAGUE OPC TICKETS TO SELL - WE WOULD LIKE THEM GONE BY DECEMBER 5TH AND READY TO START BRINGING THEM BACK. Band members will be practicing for the band tour on Friday 30th November 2018. Remaining cadets are encouraged to bring board/card games as the band will need the floor space to conduct their practice. Dress will be appropriate civilian sports clothes with squadron/cadet related shirt. |
