UPDATED JOINING INSTRUCTIONS (2)

New CSTC Specific Joining Instructions (JIs) have been released and are available on our website!

Available JIs:

New JIs are available in the Joining Instructions page. You can access them by using the navigation menus (Resources > Cadet Summer Training > Joining Instructions) or by clicking HERE.

Please note:

These new JIs take precedence over any previous versions.
Please use the forms contained in the new documents as these are the current version.

The new site features a Forum which can be used by members to connect and communicate with each other.

BELLEVILLE AFGHAN CEREMONY

Cadets are invited to take part in the Belleville Afghanistan Memorial Ceremony which will take place Sunday 29 June 2014 at 1330 hrs (1:30 PM) at the Belleville Cenotaph (across from The Beer Store on Station Street - See Map Below).

DETAILS:
The ceremony will recognize those who served and died in the Afghanistan Conflict. We require at least 2 cadets to act as Flag bearers.

TIMINGS:
Please arrive at the Belleville Cenotaph for 1315 hrs (1:15 PM). The ceremony should conclude by 1430 hrs (2:30 PM).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Cadets will be required to find their own transportation to, and from the event.
Cadets are to wear C-2B (Summer) Dress.
Cadets should wear sunscreen.
DO NOT FORGET HEALTH CARD.

DEPARTURE

FROM BELLEVILLE ARMOURIES
0830 HRS (8:30 AM)
SATURDAY 21 JUNE 2014

Please arrive for check-in at 0800 hrs (8:00 AM).
The Bus Leaves at 0830 hrs (8:30 AM) sharp!

CADETS MAY NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND IF:

They do not have their Health Card with them;
They have not signed-up & paid to attend;
They have not returned a signed Parental Consent Form; and/or,
They are found in possession of Forbidden Kit Items.

Cadets are asked to wear a RED SHIRT at the park, so they can be seen better by staff.

Cadets ARE authorized to use the "Splash Works" Water Park. Please pack accordingly!
