Wednesday 10th January 2018
New recruits are always welcome. Ages 12-18. See here for more details. Regular parade nights are Wednesdays from 6:00pm-9:00pm. This will also be a Commanding Officer's (CO's) Parade. Practices are still going on this evening. Cadets and guardians are encouraged to exercise caution if they choose to attend as the roads are getting hazardous.
Wednesday 20th December 2017 608 Duke of Edinburgh Air Cadet Squadron's Annual Christmas Mess Dinner will take place at Dress for the evening will be: No 2 Mess Dress for CF Members, Semi-formal to black tie for civilians, and Mess Dress for cadets (white collared shirt, black bow tie, tunic, medals, no wedge). Wedge may be worn for travel but will not be allowed in the mess. Coat rooms are provided. Cadets should have already RSVP'd directly to the CO.  Friday 15th December 2017
Drill - 5:00pm-6:30pm Band - 6:30pm-8:00pm Exertion - 8:00pm-9:00pm This will be the last Friday practice for 2017. Practices will resume 12th January 2018. PLEASE pick up your book of OPC Tickets this Wednesday! Sell to your family and friends over your holidays. They also make great stocking stuffers! Reminder we have 608 Branded Sports Bags ($10) and Water Bottles ($5). If you want to pick up one for for your Cadet, come see one of the sponsoring committee members this Wednesday - Last chance before the holidays! Great for sports night and for summer camp!
