Wednesday 19 December will be our Annual Christmas Dinner. 

1. Dress of the night is C-8 Dress (Mess Kit).
2. Please arrive at the Officer's Mess, 8 Wing/CFB Trenton for 1745hrs (5:45 PM). Pick up is at 2045hrs (8:45 PM).

• OTHER
  

   1.   SENIOR NATIONAL COURSES.
Cadets who are applying for national courses are reminded to bring all their completed forms and/or required documents to the Christmas Dinner ready to hand-in.

• TRAINING

Wednesday 12 December will be a Regular Training night. 

1. Dress of the night is C-2 (Winter) Dress.
2. Any Cadet who signed up for the range team, is asked to be at the armouries this Wednesday (12 Dec) for 1630hrs  (4:30 PM) in civilian clothes; however, you must bring your ENTIRE uniform with you (do not forget anything).
   

1. CHRISTMAS DINNER
   

Our Annual Christmas Dinner will be held Wednesday 19 December 2012 at the Officer's Mess, 8 Wing/CFB Trenton from 1745hrs (5:45 PM) to 2045hrs (8:45 PM). 

* Cadets must have signed up by December 5th to confirm their attendance. A meal will be ordered for those who have confirmed. The Squadron is paying for the price of this dinner; however, If a cadet confirms they are attending and does not show up, they must pay $12.00 to cover the cost of the missed meal.

Any cadets who are still waiting for any uniform parts, please be patient as the parts are on order and should arrive soon!

• ADMINISTRATION

REMINDER: Every Training Night is MANDATORY attendance. If a cadet cannot attend, for a valid reason, the cadet MUST follow the instructions on the Attendance Notification page.

• OTHER

   1.   OPC TICKETS.
The Air Cadet League - Ontario Provincial Committee has issued our annual lottery tickets. EVERY cadet must sell at least one book of tickets. Cadets will pay for 1 book of tickets ($50.00) upfront, sell the tickets to friends and family (making back the $50.00), and return completed ticket stubs to the Squadron. Please pick up your book as soon as possible either from CV Vincent or Capt Dixon!

   2.   DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARD
Any Cadets who are interested in participating in the internationally acclaimed Duke of Edinburgh Award are asked to contact Capt Dixon. Cadets must be at least 14 years old and pay a $30 fee to participate.

• TRAINING

Wednesday 5 December will be a Sports night. 

1. Dress of the night is Appropriate Civilian Dress.
2. Any Cadets who helped with the previous Range night is asked to meet at the armouries for 1730hrs (5:30 PM).
