RCAF FOUNDATION - STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

The RCAF Foundation Student Scholarship is to assist students in S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) studies that could lead to future careers in the Aviation and Aerospace industry.

We expect these student scholarships to help encourage more young people to consider careers in these fields as the demand for skilled people grows in both the private and defence sectors.

This RCAF Foundation Student Scholarship supports two of our Areas of Focus including engaging young Canadians and working with the aviation and aerospace industry to promote future careers opportunities.
Please note to be eligible you must be 25 years or younger as of September 1, 2021.

Submission deadline Friday July 16.
A total of 20 RCAF Foundation Student Scholarship ($1,000 each) will be awarded in the following areas:

CATEGORY #1

Women entering or already attending any Canadian post-secondary education institution or flight school in the areas of S.T.E.M. education with plans to pursue a career in the Aviation and Aerospace industry.

CATEGORY #2

Those who identify as the following and are entering or already attending any Canadian post-secondary education institution or flight school in the areas of S.T.E.M. education with plans to pursue a career in the Aviation and Aerospace industry.

• Indigenous
• Visible minority
• LGBTQQIP2SAA
• Person with disabilities

CATEGORY #3

Students entering or already attending any Canadian post-secondary education institutional or flight school in the areas of S.T.E.M. education with plans to pursue a career in the Aviation and Aerospace industry, whose parents either currently serve, or have retired from, the Royal Canadian Air Force.
